After a thorough review of the support infrastructure and service processes, we received confirmation that the support services for SAP DB&T solutions and SAP® HANA meet SAP standards, especially the SAP PartnerEdge™ Channel Agreement VAR.

With the Partner Center of Expertise certification, SAP attests to the high qualification of dataworld specialists for the corresponding SAP solutions and services. As a certified SAP partner company, dataworld can guarantee SAP customers excellent expertise for high-quality 1st and 2nd level support.

The certification is initially awarded for one year and can then be regained through a validation process.
