The certification is renewed every two years after a thorough audit and ensures for customers that we have established ourselves as a globally standardized service and support organization and that we adhere to the specified service and support services.

We also take over SAP environments that have grown over time. Our process for subsequent maintenance takeovers ensures a smooth changeover. This means that SMEs in particular can benefit from a single point of contact for all their SAP needs.

Our experience from past license consultations has shown that a consolidation of licenses can sometimes lead to major savings. Licenses are purchased over many years and are sometimes subject to different contracts and conditions. Some software providers have entered into partnerships with each other, have been bought out or have changed their licensing model. Not all customers have properly documented their license purchases over the years.
